These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the macOS app “FrameScope” (the “App”) provided by Daisuke Takayama (webcyou, “we”).
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the App (“you”). The App is distributed through the Mac App Store. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Files you work with
You must hold the necessary rights to, or have permission from the rights holder for, the files you open and export with the App. We are not responsible for how you use files exported with the App.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Violate any law or public order and morals
- Infringe the copyright or any other rights of third parties
- Modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except as permitted by law
4. Intellectual property
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or to their rightful owners. Open-source software, fonts and icons included in the App are subject to their respective licenses (see About FrameScope in the App).
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App can correctly display or export every image file, or that the App is free of defects. We are not liable for any damage you suffer from using the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes to or discontinuation of the App
We may change the contents of the App or stop providing it.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
